Het is een applicatie voor iPhone & Android met oa. de volgende features:
Alle evenementen (niet alleen Amsterdam, wel veel natuurlijk :), op de kaart en als lijstweergave gesorteerd op afstand van je huidige locatie
alle evenementen offline gesynced: dus ook bij geen bereik, nog wel een werkzame applicatie.

Slandr oAuth based login now default
The basic auth (login with your username and password) days are over. Twitter is slowy decreasing the amount of API calls for this method and therefore I’ve swapped our beta oAuth environment with the basic oauth version.

Slandr oAuth beta now live for public testing
As Twitter is gradually going to phase out HTTP Basic Auth login (username+password) via the API, I finally found some time to implement oAuth for Slandr Mobile Twitter. Test it for yourself at the temporarily subdomain http://m2.slandr.net. Twitter will shut down Basic Auth login at 16th of August and so will we.

Doubled Slandr's server to increase response, and...
Dear Slandr users,
as some of you might have seen the past few months Slandr sometimes suffered some downtime due to increasing popularity and intense usage of our mobile twitter application. Thanks for that :D
This morning I increased the dedicated virtual server on which the site is hosted to double of it’s previous max performance. Downtimes should hopefully be reduced to 0 from now...

Conversations-feature in Slandr Mobile Twitter...

View everybody's favourites!
Enabled the ‘view favourites’ functions in Slandr. Since Slandr’s launch you could already manage and view your own favourites (via Extra > Favourites). As of today you can also see the favourites of every public twitter user.
Find the favourites via the ‘single user view’ (click on a username) and click on the ‘view favs!’ link.

Quicklaunch icon for your mobile
At wap.getjar.com you can download a so called ‘visual bookmark’, which is basically a quicklaunch bookmark for m.slandr.net nested in your phone’s apps-folder. Clicking on this bookmark opens up your device’s browser.

Added another minor feature today. From now on you can easily detect tweets to or about you in the main-timeline (index) or single user view, because they are now highlighted with a different background-color and have a tiny border around the tweet. Hope u like it!

We are happy to announce that thanks to a tip from @michielb (from Twitstat) Slandr no longer caches Twitter API calls. This means that every time you hit the Slandr logo you’ll get fresh tweets! If you post a tweet yourself you’ll see it immediately in the timeline! WOOOOOO!

fixed friendship & favoritise methods
As of friday August 1st, Twitter’s API slightly changed. For Slandr this resulted in some function-loss: Friendship/followers & Favorites management was not possible. These functionalities have now been restored. Sorry for any inconvenience, happy slandring!

Added Geo Events: discover acts, artists, gigs in...
Thanks to the new Last.FM API Slandr now has a new service called ‘Geo Events’ which serves you concerts, parties and gigs in any place you want. Check your API_rate_limit status via Slandr
From now on you can check the current available API-hits you have left through your Single_user_view page here on Slandr. Check your page by hitting your username in the navigation bar. Under the sentence “It’s you!” you’ll find your current API usage and reset-time-information.
Added 'OLDER' - button again
The Twitter Development team has re-enabled the API pagination again so we are now happy to provide an OLDER button on your timeline (“HOME”) and on the “SINGLE_USER” pages.
Added 'API request' timer
If you wonder why Slandr is sometimes snappy fast and slow as hell on other days, to my regret I have to say this is mostly due to the Twitter API. Should you be interested how long the last API-request took, it now says so in seconds on the bottom of almost every page.

Added inline image support for MobyPicture.com and...
Both imagelinks from MobyPicture and Autopostr, are from now converted to thumbnails and displayed on the Slandr site. If you have other photo-to-twitter services which you would like to see converted to inline thumbnail display, please let us know.

Added gzip output buffering
@Kjeld hinted that it would be a good thing to reduce filesize by means of implementing gzip. Works automatically from now on if your browser supports it and reduces filesize up to 60%! Thanks @Kjeld!

Various WM-users pointed me on the fact that some of the icons couldn’t be hyperused. From now on everybody should be able to reply, dm and favouritise the night away!
'L:' for location status-updates, added
From now on you can update your location through the regular status update field. If you post L: your_location_here, Slandr will update your location-status instead of posting a regular tweet. By the way: you can also check and update your location through the ‘settings’ or ‘geo’-menu itself.
Login bug for session-based logins, fixed
There seemed to be a problem with non-cookie based logins (redirecting you back to login page). Should be fixed now.
